This website has been created by Supplytrain CIC – a not-for-profit that helps employers take part in government-funded employment schemes without the usual complexity.
We support employers to access Jobs Guarantee opportunities, working closely with local delivery partners, to make it simple for you to offer work opportunities and access funding.

We'll review and guide you
We’ll review your enquiry and confirm the next steps based on your location and vacancy.
Quick approval call
We’ll arrange a short call to talk through your role and make sure everything is set up correctly.
Add your work opportunities
If you want, you can submit job details through a simple to use online form, making it easy to reach candidates.
Partners match candidates
We’ll send over eligible candidates that employability partners have found and arrange informal interviews.
Offer and start
We’ll support you to make an offer and get your new starter(s) in place quickly and smoothly.
Please note – The Jobs Guarantee scheme is intended to help young people into work quickly. Once you’re ready to go, we’ll guide you through each step – but we do expect employers to advertise roles, invite every matched candidates to an informal interview, make offers and start candidates within around 8 weeks. We prioritise employers who can move at pace and provide genuine, well-supported opportunities.

Even if the Jobs Guarantee isn’t available in your area yet, or might not be the right scheme, it’s still worth submitting your interest.
We’ll make sure you’re aware of other funding and support available to your business – including Youth Guarantee, £3,000 Jobs Grant and £1,000s of apprenticeship incentives.

Employability support
Whilst we support employers to understand the scheme and alternatives, local employability partners commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions provide dedicated support to each eligible participant – helping ensure the placement is a good match for your business.
The employability partner will:
- Work with the Job Centre to support candidates before they apply – helping them build confidence, prepare to meet employers and get ready for work.
- Identify suitable candidates for your role and support them through the application process, so you’re meeting people who are ready to start work.
- Stay involved once the placement begings – supporting both the individual and your line managers with onboarding, performance and ongoing development.
Reimbursements
The employability partner also manages the funding side of the scheme, including wage reimbursements.
There is:
- up to £250 to support start up costs
- six months of wages reimbursed at 25 hours a week at National Minimum Wage
Please note: Wages are only reimbursed once the participant has been paid through a PAYE scheme and the payment has been verified by HMRC. It can take 6-8 weeks from a start to being reimbursed the first month’s wages.
Real examples of how this can work
Extra pair of hands
Many businesses could do with an extra pair of hands to support existing staff, but can’t always justify the cost. Jobs Guarantee allows you to bring in that added support, with funding to reduce the cost.
Specific project support
Many organisations want to improve how they work – whether that’s updating systems, refreshing content or organising data. Jobs Guarantee allows you to bring someone in to focus on a specific project you wouldn’t otherwise resource.
Extended working interview
Businesses need fresh talent coming through, yet interviews don’t always show someone’s true ability. Jobs Guarantee gives you time in a real role to assess someone’s work ethic, attitude and reliability.
